The high rise block was to adopt modular layout with concrete shear wall as structure and precast facade for external elevation. For the low rise block, the community hall was to be constructed in space frame. Inspired by Kansai Airport designed by the italian architect, Renzo Piano, the steel roof was supported by V-shaped diagonal members, echoing with the steel supports for the suspended canopy at first floor below.
